Brian did awesome job to fix the Samsung fridge ice maker. He was behind on his schedule and I thought my appt would be reschedule. However he traveled to Perry Hall Maryland to keep it. Now we have ice machine back to work.

I hired this company to repair my LG refrigerator. I called them on a Monday; they were able to come the following Thursday. They require a $50 deposit before they come and another $50 after the diagnose the problem. My compressor was bad, but it was covered under warranty by LG. It took them about a week to get the part and schedule to return to replace the compressor. We had to pay an additional $212. They supposedly repaired the fridge, but I was still not working. The ice was coming out jagged and it was still making a lot of noise. I called them, they told me it was another part they forgot to put on. They came another week later and added the part. The fridge was still loud and jagged ice. I called them again and added a support ticket and never received a call back or a reply to my ticket. Attempts to contact them since January have been unreturned. Do not use this company.
I had a terrible experience with Doctor Maintenance. My home warranty assigned them to fix my fridge/icing machine, which has been broken for a while. After two visits, the problem is still not fixed. The technicians couldn’t seem to identify the issue, and after both visits, my fridge is still not working properly. What makes it worse is that when I reached out to ask for another visit to resolve the issue, they refused to come back. No one seems willing to help, and I’m left with a broken fridge and a lack of support. Very disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone for appliance repairs.
