I have been calling this office for a week straight an no one answers the phone. This company was given to me by my insurance company. A tech came out and I've heard nothing since. My refrigerator is still broken. This is very bad business practice to not one answer the phone or to even update the customer. So at this point I can't write a good review because I haven't received services.
Zero stars! Stay away from him. Bad Ethics. Bad business. Our company hired him to repair a Brand NEW refrigerator that was purchased less than 6 months ago. The fridge was working but it was not freezing properly. He placed the wrong refrigerant in fridge and BROKE THE ENTIRE FRIDGE and did not want to take responsibility for the fact that he broke it and was the ONLY person that touched it! We had the manufacturer come out and they agreed that the wrong refrigerant was placed in the fridge - which caused it to be non-functional and broken. THEN.....He then lied about putting the wrong refrigerant in and didn't own up to it. ALSO, we NEVER got the check he said that he supposedly mailed out to us as a refund - that was paid to him to basically BREAK THE FRIDGE! It's outrageous! Stay far away from him! Bad Ethics. Bad Business. He clearly doesn't know what he's doing.
