I have been trying to get my dishwasher fixed by this company for 4 months. they have replaced the same part twice, neither of which solved the problem. I had to call and firmly ask for another appointment, every time their solutions didn’t work. A device technician was scheduled to come to my home yesterday, I saw him pull up to the house but he didn’t even knock or come in. this company has even me a a headache and is truly one of the most frustrating processes i’ve ever been through. they were assigned by my warranty and i will be attempting to get another contactor.
Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience with this company. They were assigned by my home warranty company to fix a problem that I have with my washer and dryer machine. In the first visit the technician had an accident and drop water on my floor that was not waterproof l. The floor got damaged with bubbles around the machine. still I let them continue doing their work and in the second visit the technician scratched so deeply the washing machine. I contacted the company bc they must take responsibility for the damage done to my property things but so far things doesn’t look good. I will update my review in a couple days to let you know how things are going with this company.

We're open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We don't run same-day or emergency calls. Instead we book a real weekday appointment, usually the next available and often within 48 hours, so a factory-certified technician shows up with the time to diagnose it properly and fix it right.

We come to your home for every repair, Baltimore City and County included, along with Anne Arundel, Harford, Howard, Carroll, and Frederick counties. Our shop sits in Dundalk, so the eastern Baltimore County towns get the tightest scheduling. You never haul the appliance to us.

Is the $100 a deposit?
No. The $100 is a diagnostic fee. It pays for an experienced technician to come out and tell you exactly what's wrong, and on a standard repair it's the first of two payments. Find nothing wrong with your appliance and you get the $100 back.
How soon can you come out?
