I'd definitely recommend this company for refrigerator repair. The 1st appointment was a warranty service to diagnose the issue with our fridge. Communication with the company was really good, the tech showed up on time, he was down to earth, competent, and diagnosed the issue within 20 minutes. A few days later they were scheduled to return with the part that needed replaced, but this time the technician didn't show up during the 4 hour arrival window and there was no communication to let me know that he was going to be late. Despite arriving about 30 minutes late, he did a good job and was otherwise professional, and I'd 100% recommend this company.

These guys never showed up. I waited all day for an AM window 8-12…they texted me at 2pm said the tech was still on the way. No one came. I called them and they answered but put me on hold and hung up on me. We have an LG side by side refrigerator purchased 2021 from Home Depot. LG says it is still under warranty but this company does not show up to fix anything. We got a quote from a local repair company and it is the compressor; $2000 labor cost. What good is a warranty with no one to stand behind it. I reminded me of a scene in the Tommy Boy movie about a warranty being not as good as the box it is in.
Worst experience I have lately with any maintenance service provider. If I had an option, I would give -5 (Negative 5). I am questioning the authenticity of 4.5 reviews from 192 reviews or may be their recent service has been bad. Here are issues: 1> Choice Home warranty assigned to them. They were supposed to come on Nov 5th. Nobody came. 2> When I followed up they said - it is not scheduled there is a disconnect between our system and LG's system or not sure whose system. I called and waiting time was 30+ minutes. 3> After technician came to resolve issue. He said within 24 to 48 hours it will be approved. It was November 7th. 4> On Nov 11th, I called and inquired after few days with Doctor Maintenance. They said part is being ordered but we don't know when will come. Let us follow up. I received a message that it is not approved. Between 11th and 18th - I called multiple times and nobody is picking up phone. 5> After few more days - on November 18th, I contacted Choice Home Warranty. They said they have not received any diagnostics from technician. We will follow up. While I thought, issue will be resolved in 1-2 weeks. Even after 17 days, my dryer is not working. (After assigning Doctor Maintenance on Nov 4th, it is 15 days.
