We cover Greater Baltimore City and County, plus Anne Arundel, Harford, Howard, Carroll, and Frederick counties. That runs from Dundalk and Essex on the east side out to Towson, Glen Burnie, Bel Air, Westminster, and Frederick. If you're in the Baltimore metro, odds are you're in our service area.
Do you come to my home, or do I bring the appliance to you?
We come to you. A factory-certified tech arrives at your home and diagnoses the problem right there. You never haul a washer or fridge anywhere. Our shop is in Dundalk, but the repair happens at your place.
Do you charge more for areas farther from Dundalk?
No. The pricing is the same across our whole service area. It starts at $100 for the visit and a full diagnosis, and your repair price is set before any work, no matter which town you're in.
How soon can you reach my area?
Usually the next available weekday, often within 48 hours. The eastern Baltimore County towns near our Dundalk shop tend to get the tightest scheduling, but we book real weekday windows across the whole area.
