The warranty company chose this contractor, they are not listening to the customer regarding the problem, they replaced the wrong part and the problem persisted. It takes a long time to get an appointment and after a long wait, you would expect some good quality service... but NO. After 3 weeks my dishwasher still not working. Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience with this company. They were assigned by my home warranty company to fix a problem that I have with my washer and dryer machine. In the first visit the technician had an accident and drop water on my floor that was not waterproof l. The floor got damaged with bubbles around the machine. still I let them continue doing their work and in the second visit the technician scratched so deeply the washing machine. I contacted the company bc they must take responsibility for the damage done to my property things but so far things doesn’t look good. I will update my review in a couple days to let you know how things are going with this company.
