This young man used his creativity and ingenuity to bypass a water valve that is impossible to turn off, he found a way to reach screws that fastened the dishwasher to the floor and was so careful with any water remaining in the dishwasher. This is a young man not afraid to work hard, do a job right (he was not going to let any of the problems get in the way of getting it installed!) and be concerned for the customer’s satisfaction. Ricardi my maintenance man was excellent. The company itself lacked communication. I had to call several times to get updates. My appointment window was BETWEEN 1 and 5p. I had to call at 4:45p to check the ETA of the maintenance guy because I hadn't heard anything. It was then I was told he didn't have my part because there was someone with my name in the system so he got their part. I was informed it'll take an hour to and hour and a half before he would get the part because the warehouse was 45 minutes away with traffic. I expressed my frustration so they had someone to meet him and he was here around 5:30p.
I can’t in good conscience keep my review at 5 stars. It took 5 visits to finally fix my fridge (I had to keep taking time off work) and the final fix that worked was simply to de-ice it. I’m not convinced that the first fix of replacing my filter housing and water filter was even necessary. I believe they should have identified the ice issue and tried that first before the pricier filter replacement. I wish I had just bought a new fridge instead of dealing with all the hassle this was.
