Every repair is covered for 60 days on parts and labor. If the same problem comes back in that window, we come back out with no new diagnostic fee. If the part we installed fails, we replace it at no charge. A new or unrelated issue is a separate repair.
Cancel before we arrive
Plans change. Cancel any time before your technician heads out and you owe nothing. The $100 only applies once the visit happens.
Special-order parts
When a repair needs a special-order part, our office sends you an exact price first, and approving it lets us order the part. If you cancel after we've bought it, a restocking and cancellation fee applies, since the part is already on its way.
Your quote holds for 7 days
An approved special-order quote locks your price for 7 calendar days. Approve within that window and we secure the price and order the part right away.
If a part is ever defective
Parts are backed by the manufacturer. In the rare case one arrives defective, we handle the exchange directly and get the right part installed for you.
Getting ready for us
Clear a path to the appliance before we arrive. Our techs move with care, but an open space protects your floors and cabinets and gets the repair done faster.
We accept cash, card, and check. A returned check carries a $35 fee. You sign off on the full service terms when you book, so everything above is confirmed before any work begins.
