Hired firm to fix a leaking washing machine. Company responded quickly and told me a new $400 motor was required. I dont know how a leak was related to a bad motor but i agreed to make motor replacement repairs. Within 2 days after completing repairs and informing me the washing machne was fixed company was called again because the washer was leaking. Company informed me that a bearing was bad and that they could replace my machine with a used machine for $200. i believe the problem was not diagnosed correctly when the motor was replaced. No credit for $400 motor was offered. Apparently it was damaged by a water leak
Zero stars! Stay away from him. Bad Ethics. Bad business. Our company hired him to repair a Brand NEW refrigerator that was purchased less than 6 months ago. The fridge was working but it was not freezing properly. He placed the wrong refrigerant in fridge and BROKE THE ENTIRE FRIDGE and did not want to take responsibility for the fact that he broke it and was the ONLY person that touched it! We had the manufacturer come out and they agreed that the wrong refrigerant was placed in the fridge - which caused it to be non-functional and broken. THEN.....He then lied about putting the wrong refrigerant in and didn't own up to it. ALSO, we NEVER got the check he said that he supposedly mailed out to us as a refund - that was paid to him to basically BREAK THE FRIDGE! It's outrageous! Stay far away from him! Bad Ethics. Bad Business. He clearly doesn't know what he's doing.
