I was given this company from my home warranty and I will never use this company ever again nor my home warranty company. Doctor maintenance has had my claim for my refrigerator open for a month 3 different technicians and 4 scheduled appointments and my refrigerator still isn’t fixed. The first technician did bare minimum and was clueless as to what was going on the first two appointments. Then the 3rd appointment I was sent someone new that seemed more knowledgeable but when he left my fridge still wasn’t fixed. Made another appointment (4th appointment) a new guy came out but did not know English at all. He was using Google translate to talk to me. He still did not fix my fridge. At this point I’m fed up and if I could give them no stars I would. Do not do business with this company.
This place was supposed to come out and fix something that they didn’t do right the first time, I had an appointment on Monday, August 4, 2025. The time they set was from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM. The tech Miguel contacted me at 10 AM and said I’m on my way. I was sitting in the doctors office and my response back was the appointment is from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM. I will see you then. Miguel responded back. You may need to reschedule because I have a full route. My neighbor told me she saw somebody out here sitting at 10:30 AM. How can I be in two places at once and no one called me to say can they move up my appointment? I had a no-show that day and no one has called me since it is now Thursday. Poor customer service!!! I called warranty twice since then and they reached out to the company concerning the no-show appointment. I have a feeling that I’m gonna have to endure two more weeks of this or maybe even longer.
