Hired firm to fix a leaking washing machine. Company responded quickly and told me a new $400 motor was required. I dont know how a leak was related to a bad motor but i agreed to make motor replacement repairs. Within 2 days after completing repairs and informing me the washing machne was fixed company was called again because the washer was leaking. Company informed me that a bearing was bad and that they could replace my machine with a used machine for $200. i believe the problem was not diagnosed correctly when the motor was replaced. No credit for $400 motor was offered. Apparently it was damaged by a water leak
They came out under a repair request for First American Home warranty to fix my washer and dryer. They came out in May, told me that they needed to order parts. Parts took forever - Finally "fixed " my washer on June 10. It worked for 2 weeks. I ask them to comeback out and fix it - they said that since the original request was more than 30 days ago, that we need a new work order request and to pay again. They do not stand behind their repairs. Run to another provider or use Youtube and try to fix yourself. Even if you take your appliance out and use it for target practice, but will still be the same result as hiring these guys.
