What a great experience. Not only did they do a perfect job repairing my microwave, but their communication along the was was exemplary. The big shout out goes to our technician Jose. He was thorough, neat and professional. When he arrived yesterday I was having issues with my refrigerator, items were freezing and it was making a noise of running water. Ever though he was on a call to fix the microwave he took a look at the issue and found that my icemaker water line had sprung a leak. They came out under a repair request for First American Home warranty to fix my washer and dryer. They came out in May, told me that they needed to order parts. Parts took forever - Finally "fixed " my washer on June 10. It worked for 2 weeks. I ask them to comeback out and fix it - they said that since the original request was more than 30 days ago, that we need a new work order request and to pay again. They do not stand behind their repairs. Run to another provider or use Youtube and try to fix yourself. Even if you take your appliance out and use it for target practice, but will still be the same result as hiring these guys.
